Ms. Philippa Candler, Head of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Pakistan, met with H.E. Mr. Sardar Ahmad Shakeeb Ambassador of Afghanistan in Pakistan.
During the meeting, discussions were held on the situation of Afghan refugees in Pakistan, the status of refugees holding Proof of Registration (PoR) cards, the role of UNHCR and other international organizations in the repatriation process, and other related issues.
