His Excellency Iqbal Hussain Khan, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to Pakistan called on His Excellency Sardar Ahmad Shakeeb, Ambassador of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Islamabad.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral relations between Afghanistan and Bangladesh, shared religious and historical ties, economic cooperation, consular services—including the issuance of visas for Afghan nationals and vice versa—as well as several other matters of mutual interest.
